🍅Tomato and Shrimp Orzo

Ingredients:
Shrimp🍤
vegetable stock powder🥣
sun-dried tomato sauce🥫
tomato paste🥫
basil🌿
pepper
salt🧂
olive oil
Cheese🧀
red pepper, onion🧅
orzo- pasta

Cooking steps
1. Use a forest knife to cut onions and red peppers into strips
2. Add the chopped onions and red peppers to the pot and sauté with olive oil and minced garlic for 5 minutes
3. Add the sun-dried tomato paste and tomato sauce to the prepared vegetable broth
4. Pour the prepared broth into the red peppers and onions and bring to a boil
5. Add orzo to the boiled broth and simmer for 7 minutes
6. Add the shrimp and cook for another 4 minutes
7. Finally, add shredded cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, stir, and sprinkle with basil before serving
